What inspired that piece of work?

There is a song I really love, from  a greek folk band “Heimerinoi Kolimvites” called “Sti limni Ahrida” (In lake Ohrid).

It is telling the tale of the trade of a fish with a very rare taste and appearance.

A mix of salmon and trout.
