It typically has a silver- blue color that can change depending on its age and the environment where it “grazes.\u201d I’ve never managed to catch this fish. But I found it towards the end of my studies, while working in a sculptor’s workshop in my Thessaloniki neighborhood. With this fish, I emerged from my jar-I was no longer a student, and perhaps I was finally beginning to learn.<\/p>\n
